Funnel
The Funnel report (under the Pipeline group) shows how leads move through your lifecycle stages and where they drop off.
Open Analytics → Pipeline → Funnel detail.
Read it top-to-bottom: each stage shows how many contacts reached it and the conversion to the next, so you can spot the steps that lose the most leads. Use the Date range to compare periods.
