Quick Start

This guide walks you through your first few minutes in Kasbly after you’ve created your account and workspace — see Create your account. The linked walkthrough happens to install the DokanMazad pack as its example, but installing a marketplace pack is optional and the steps below work the same either way.

  1. Sign in. After signing in you land on your Dashboard — the home of your workspace, with lead metrics, recent conversations, and your deal pipeline.

  2. Get your bearings. The left sidebar is your main navigation: Dashboard, Inbox, Contacts, a Growth group (Marketing, AI Agents, Analytics), and Settings at the bottom. The workspace switcher sits in the top-right.

  3. Set up the essentials, in order:

    • Connect a channel so customers can reach you — open AI Agents → Connect channels and pick a channel. See Connect a channel.
    • Configure your AI agent so it answers the way you want. See Your AI agent.
    • Add your contacts, or let them build up as people message you. See Contacts.

  4. Watch it work. Once a channel is connected, incoming messages appear in the Inbox. Your agent responds automatically, and you can step in whenever you like.
