Your workspace & team
A workspace is the home for your team, contacts, conversations, channels, and settings. Everything you do in Kasbly happens inside a workspace.
Switching workspaces
Section titled “Switching workspaces”If you belong to more than one workspace, use the switcher in the top-right (it shows the current workspace name, e.g. Kasbly Motors) to move between them.
Inviting teammates
Section titled “Inviting teammates”Add and manage people from Settings → Users, and group them into Settings → Teams. Each member signs in with their own account and sees the same workspace.
Each member has a role that controls what they can access:
- Owner — full control of the workspace, including billing and members.
- Admin — manage settings, channels, and the AI agent.
- Operator — work the Inbox and day-to-day operations.
- Viewer — read-only access.
The sidebar adapts to your role — for example, Settings and the AI Agents area are available to Admins and Owners.
