Your workspace & team

A workspace is your organization’s home in Kasbly — it holds your channels, conversations, contacts, AI agent configuration, and settings. Everything you do happens inside a workspace.

Switching workspaces

If you belong to more than one organization, use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them. Each workspace keeps its own data and settings.

Inviting your team

Add colleagues from Settings → Users & teams:

  • Invite members by email.
  • Group members into teams.
  • Assign roles so each person has the right level of access.
