Surveys

Surveys let you ask customers how an interaction went and turn their answers into a satisfaction score you can track. Each survey collects a star rating and optional written feedback.

A survey can be sent manually after a conversation, or automatically based on your configuration. Each survey is tied to a conversation and contact, so you always know whose feedback it is.

The survey list shows every survey with its customer, trigger type, response status, rating, and when it was sent. Filter by trigger type or by whether the customer responded, and open any responded survey to read its rating and feedback in full.

The analytics summary aggregates your survey results: total surveys, average rating, response rate, and an overall satisfaction score, plus a breakdown of how many customers were satisfied, neutral, or dissatisfied.
