Staying Organized
A few tools keep your Inbox organized and your replies fast — tags, snippets, and closing notes.
- Tags (Settings → Tags) label conversations so you can group and filter them.
- Snippets (Settings → Snippets) are reusable reply templates you can drop into a conversation instead of retyping.
- Closing notes capture why a conversation was closed, for context later. In Settings → Closing Notes, you can also require a summary or category and mark a default category for faster selection.
