Audit Log
The Audit log records significant actions across your workspace — who did what, and when — so you can review changes and investigate issues.
What’s recorded
Section titled “What’s recorded”The log captures actions across many areas, including:
- Settings and AI configuration changes
- Member invitations, removals, and role changes
- Contact and conversation activity
- Channel connections and disconnections
- Webhook and API key changes
- Data access, exports, deletions, and consent events
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Narrow the log by date range, action type, module (entity type), and team member, or search entity IDs and details. Summary cards highlight the most frequent actions in your current view.
Loading errors
Section titled “Loading errors”If the audit log request fails, the page now shows an error message and a Retry action instead of falling back to the empty-state copy. This makes API failures distinct from “no results” cases.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Export the filtered results to CSV for record-keeping or external review.
