WhatsApp provider safety
Section titled “WhatsApp provider safety”Meta Cloud API is the recommended provider for marketing campaigns because outbound campaign templates are reviewed before use. Evolution uses unofficial WhatsApp Web sessions and does not provide template approval, so bulk or unsolicited campaign traffic can restrict or ban the connected WhatsApp account.
Campaigns over Evolution are disabled by default. A tenant owner must explicitly enable
evolutionWhatsAppCampaigns.enabled, and Kasbly enforces conservative pacing and daily send caps
for those runs. Keep this path limited to warm, opted-in audiences; use Meta Cloud API for higher
volume marketing.
