Website Widget

The Website Widget is an embeddable live-chat widget for your website. Visitors can start a conversation from any page, and those chats land in your unified Inbox where your AI agent replies.

Set up the widget

  1. In the left sidebar, open AI Agents, then select Connect channels and pick the Website Widget card on the right side of the map. (Its settings page is titled Growth Widget.)

  2. Under Status & appearance, turn on Enable widget and tune how it looks: Primary color, Launcher position (e.g. Bottom right), and the Greeting message. You can also toggle the “Powered by Kasbly” label.

  3. Check Runtime status to confirm the widget is Enabled and the channel is Connected to your agent. The HTTP and WebSocket endpoints the embed uses are listed here.

  4. Embed the widget on your site, and review the Domain allowlist & CORS guidance so it loads cleanly behind your site or reverse proxy.
