Prompt & Persona

The prompt is your agent’s core set of instructions — it defines the agent’s persona, tone, and the rules it follows in every conversation. You edit it from AI Agents → Persona (/ai-agents/persona).

Where to find it

Open the AI Agents coach from the sidebar and select Persona, or go directly to /ai-agents/persona.

Editing the prompt

Section titled “Editing the prompt”

  1. From the AI Agents coach, open Persona (/ai-agents/persona).

  2. In the Prompt Editor, edit the prompt blocks. They’re shown in the same order the agent reads them, and each block can be saved or reset independently.

  3. Use the Assembled prompt panel to preview the full instruction set the agent will actually see, combining your blocks.

  4. Click Save identity to apply your changes. (Regenerate rebuilds the blocks from defaults if you want to start over.)
