Reviewing posts
Content waits for approval before it publishes — a checkpoint so nothing goes out without a human sign-off. Reviews happen on the Board: open Marketing → Board and look at the In review column, or turn on the Review focus filter to see everything waiting on a decision.
Review each item, then approve it to schedule/publish, request changes, or reject it to send it back for edits.
