Launch & History
Launch is where you take the agent live in controlled phases, and History is where you track how it has changed and how it’s performing over time.
Launching in phases
Section titled “Launching in phases”You advance the agent along a phase ladder rather than turning it on all at once:
- Shadow — the agent drafts replies for review but doesn’t send them.
- Partial launch — the agent handles a share of traffic (for example 20%, 50%, then 80%).
- Fully live — the agent handles all eligible conversations.
You can set a confidence threshold so the agent only auto-sends replies it’s sufficiently confident in, and you can pause at any time.
History
Section titled “History”History keeps a record of how the agent has evolved:
- Versions — past prompt versions, with the ability to compare and roll back.
- Suggestions — AI proposals to improve the agent, based on conversation outcomes.
- Results — outcomes of comparisons, including winners and before/after metrics.
Related
Section titled “Related”- AI agent overview — how the agent works.
- Test & review — validate before each phase.
- Analytics overview — measure overall performance.
