Lifecycle Stages
Lifecycle Stages are the steps of your customer journey — New Lead, Qualifying, Presenting, and so on. Where a conversation sits in the lifecycle shapes how the agent behaves and what it does next.
From the AI Agents coach, open Customer Journey, or go directly to
/ai-agents/journey.
- Click Create stage to add one, or Edit an existing stage.
- Each stage has a slug, an order, a color, the tools available in it, and a transition hint that guides when to move on.
- Reorder stages by drag-and-drop (or the arrow controls) to match your journey.
Stages also gate which skills and customer facts apply at each step.
