The Facebook channel brings messages from your Facebook Page into your unified Inbox, where your AI agent can reply.
Connect Facebook
Section titled “Connect Facebook”-
In the left sidebar, open AI Agents, then select Connect channels and pick the Facebook channel card on the right side of the map.

On the Facebook Accounts page, click Connect Facebook Account and authorize your Facebook Page in the window that opens.

Once connected, the summary cards show your Total accounts, how many are Connected, and any that need reconnecting. For each Page, choose whether it’s used for messaging (customer messages), marketing (posts), or both.
