Channels are the messaging services your customers use to reach you. Connect a channel and its conversations flow into your Inbox, where your AI agent can respond.
Supported channels
Section titled “Supported channels”Kasbly can connect channels including:
- WhatsApp (with message templates)
- SMS
- Website widget — a chat widget embedded on your site
- Telephony / voice
Additional channels (Telegram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat) may be available depending on your plan and setup.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- You connect a channel from your workspace settings.
- Incoming messages appear in the Inbox as conversations.
- Your AI agent responds automatically, and you can step in anytime.
