The Instagram channel brings direct messages from your Instagram Business accounts into your unified Inbox, where your AI agent can reply.
What it enables
Section titled “What it enables”- Instagram DMs routed into the Inbox as conversations.

Connect Instagram
Section titled “Connect Instagram”-
In the left sidebar, open AI Agents, then select Connect channels and pick the Instagram channel card on the right side of the map.

On the Instagram Accounts page, click Connect INSTAGRAM account (it becomes Add another account once one is connected).

Authorize the account with Instagram in the window that opens.

Back on the channel page, the summary cards show your Total accounts, how many are Connected, and any that need reconnecting. For each account, choose whether it’s used for messaging (customer DMs), marketing (posts), or both.
